At Vadhanya, we take great care in ensuring that every product we deliver is fresh, safe, and of the highest quality. Due to the perishable nature of our consumable food items, *we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been delivered.

Why No Returns or Refunds?

•⁠ ⁠Food Safety: To maintain hygiene and safety standards, we cannot resell or reuse returned food items.
•⁠ ⁠Product Integrity: Our products are made fresh and are sensitive to storage conditions. Once delivered, we cannot guarantee their condition if returned.

Exceptions

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund only in the following cases:

•⁠ ⁠You received the wrong item
•⁠ ⁠The product is expired or spoiled upon delivery

To request a replacement or refund in these cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@vadhanya.com with:

•⁠ ⁠A clear photo of the product and packaging
•⁠ ⁠A brief description of the issue
